Testimonials

"Before going to Judith I was going through phases of being very depressed for weeks at a time. I had been cheated on multiple times by my previous girlfriend and, as a result, was finding it hard to trust anyone. I also had a lot of issues with my self confidence; blaming the way I looked for being one of the reasons I had been cheated on.

After just a short time with Judith I am back to my old, happy, confident self! She helped me see things from perspectives that I might not have seen before and much more. One of the main reasons I started to see Judith was because I had just entered a new relationship, and the betrayal I had felt in the past relationship was affecting my current one.

Thanks to Judith I am over these issues now and can focus on having a happy and healthy relationship whilst feeling confident and happy with myself too. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone."

"OK, OK I admit it, I was wrong... But in my defence, when my work colleague suggested a chat with his "life coach friend" when I asked if he had any ideas on how to keep my nerves under control for my motorbike test I could not stop images of BARRY from WATFORD (BBC R2) springing to mind. "Don't worry" he said, "She's not a shrink, she tells me off if I call her that...I'll get her to give you a call..." "Oh, OK" I say, not over enthusiastically and thinking what have I let myself in for... But by gum am I pleased she did call me. I told her about the bike test I had already failed due to my uncontrollable nerves and how like jelly my legs feel on the day, being physically sick and my heart pounding and generally wanting to run in the opposite direction. Well, we have a good chat and she pin points some of my problems and helps me by explaining ways to divert my thoughts and how to retrain the brain and other helpful tips to keep me calm and positive on the day... Well, I can't keep the big grin off my face since I PASSED my TEST...and I passed it with ease and I was not sick on the day either. Yes, my legs had a little wobble to them, but not total jelly... So thank you Judith for all your help and support. Sorry I thought you was a Barry from Watford but we all get things wrong sometimes and I fully admit that I was..."
